We’re Timothy & Leonora Malcomson.

We’re Northern Michigan natives, husband & wife, and the perfect balance of fun & professional. We have four children who love to spend time playing soccer, admiring wild life, and having dance parties in the living room. Together, we created this family business to help homeowner’s like you fulfill their home-renovating dreams! Timothy is the builder and friendly face you’ll see on site, whereas Leonora handles the books and scheduling.

We say we have over 10 years of experience, but really Timothy has been on building sites ever since he was little. His dad, Tim, is a residential builder too! That’s how Timothy started in this trade to begin with. Timothy has the knowledge to build an entire custom home from the ground-up, but he especially loves finish carpentry (trim, tile, and painting), where he can showcase more of his unique perspective & creativity.
